G4 LED (Low voltage 12v)

LED versions of low voltage (12v) G4 halogen bulbs used in some decorative light fittings. They are available in both warm white and cool white and come with a 3 year warranty.

Please note: If you are replacing standard halogen G4s with this LED alternative please check that the transformer in your fitting/lamp will still operate at the lower wattage of these bulbs. Some transformers will only operate with a minimum load. For example a 60w transformer may only operate with a minimum load of 20w so if you replace 6 x 10w bulbs with 6 x 1.5w LED bulbs it will not switch on. Transformers usually have a minimum and maximum load and this is usually shown on the label.
